Wo-Zha-Wa Service Organizations

  • No vendor or organization, profit or non-profit, will be allowed use of city sidewalks, streets, parking lots or parks, without the approval of both the city council and the Wo-Zha-Wa Committee.
  • Organizations may request vending locations but the final location will be assigned by the Wo-Zha-Wa committee and/or City.
  • Slot machines, video poker machines and other electronic machines used for gambling are not allowed.
  • Alcohol vending areas will be divided from the general public by fence or other material. Signs prohibiting alcohol from leaving the designated area shall be posted.
  • Selling of beer at stands and live entertainment will close and/or cease operation at 11:30 P.M.
  • No glass containers are to be sold or given away during the festival at the bars or beer stands.
  • All vendors from the Art Fair, Flea Market, Service Clubs and all other vendors on private property shall have affixed to their booth or sales location, in a prominent place, a license issued by the City of Wisconsin Dells. The Wisconsin Dells Police Department shall enforce the license requirement and violators will be ticketed and fined $424.00 per day.  Violators who default in payment of their forfeiture may be confined in the county jail not more than three (3) days.        
  • Service Organizations are required to pay the Wo-Zha-Wa committee $1200 or 20% of their profits depending on their location and/or at the discretion of the Wo-Zha-Wa Day Committee.
